A: They are taped together from behind and fastened with tie wraps.

A: There is only one manufacturer of flame resistant foam board in the USA. The cost of production - meeting EPA standards - is high. Javits Carpenter Union labor charges are INCLUDED in the price per board for installation and removal of each panel of foam board.

A: Yes. You may also mix graphic on foam board with white or color foam board. Here are two examples:

A: No, this practice is not recommended by Manny Stone Decorators due to lackluster results that may occur. At right you can see an example of hand-painted foam board. The ink used on the foam board is similar to that found in a printer and is not something that can be applied after manufacturing.

A: Yes, using lightweight foam board shelving provided by and installed by MSD Javits labor as seen below with a weight limit of 8 ounces per shelf. Free standing shelving systems are recommended for heavier items. Some exhibitors use their own foam board shelves and Velcro. We have experienced that this is risky and may leave blemishes if removed after initial installation either intentionally or accidentally.

A: Not suggested. The humidity is absorbed over time and the boards become heavy and they bend. The cost of labor to reinstall used boards is more than half the cost of the initial investment.

A: Yes - they are strong and are a great way to create shelving or pegging next to wall mounted graphics or samples.

A: You may email us a PDF or EPS or TIFF file and we can recreate your logo and apply it directly onto the foam board wall. See our blog post on important advice for formatting graphics.

A: Yes we can position your logo on a pvc or sintra sign.
